A mistake I made early on in business was trying to "make new" when stuff was working.
For example, I'd have a winning ad so I would make "make new" ads.
I'd do this with funnels, cold emails, working out, etc...
What I learned was you should work in this order:
1) More --> Do more of what is working. Spend more money on ads when you see even a little success. Send more emails to retailers if they are accepting your product. The world is not small.
2) Better --> If there is fatigue in what is working but still profitable. Make it better. Same ad creative script with new creators. Make the CTA better. Speed up video to improve watch time. Improve Hook. Switch review system to Trustpilot. Optimize the funnel.
3) New--> You have truly fatigued what is working. Important to note you've made lots of money. It is no longer working and you made it the best you can. Bring new ideas to the table on how you can outcompete your last hit.

Film your ad in the car to instantly improve authenticity in your videos.
Can confirm this works.

Let's say you’re a pet brand and need new customers for your DTC Shopify store.
You either:
a) Do it all by yourself working 56 hours/week.
b) Spin your wheels working with general marketing agencies that struggle to resonate with crazy pet parents.
But what if you had Pet Expert Growth Marketers plug in their system to spit out consistent new customers for your business?
Meet DogConnectors they turn window shoppers into paying customers for pet brands. Schedule a 1:1 to get a free audit of your business.
Warning: Must at least have 1,001+ units of inventory to work with DogConnectors.

A reminder for all my big idea entrepreneur people (I am one of them)!
It's VERY hard to outcompete people ALL IN on 1 business if you have 4.
It takes having money, deep expertise, and top talent to have a chance.
"You solve harder problems scattered people could never"
Think twice about buying that next domain. It's ok to get excited about ideas but don't buy that damn domain unless you feel like it's a 10x opportunity or it's extremely synergistic to what you already do.
Those are my favorites. Which one did you like best?
